out of these two scopes, what one is better why

1. IOR 9-36x56 Tactical 35mm Rifle Scope
2. Schmidt & Bender 5-25x56 Police Marksman LP 34mm Riflescope:confused: :confused: :confused:

USMC uses the Schmidt---both are excellent.
