Gave In To The "Dark Side" Today

I never thought I'd do it. I've been a staunch traditional side-lock muzzleloader shooter for eleven years, but today I bought a Lyman Mustang inline. I saw one at a gunshop this afternoon and loved the way it looked and handled. It felt like a nice upland shotgun in my hands. When I got home, I found the cheapest price online and ordered one for $282 shipped. It will probably be the first and last inline I buy, traditional sidelocks will always be my primary interest.

I have 19 black powder guns, only one of which is an in-line. But I do have one.
I even went to the trouble of seeking out the (no longer available) cap and ball version of Uberti's 1873 Cattleman just so I wouldn't have a cartridge gun (too modern, you see).
But, I do have a Traditions Lightning .50 with a synthetic stock in the back of the closet that may have seen light during a couple of muzzleloader whitetail seasons. There are no pictures, so don't ask.

Congrads, shoot it once and get it out of your system, you will be welcomed back with open arms.:D
