Looks like a stevens tip up to me, but we'd need more info to know much more than that.

It looks like a Stevens Single Shot pistol; with better sights, the same gun was called the Diamond Model. But AFAIK, Stevens guns were marked either J. Stevens Arms Co. or J. Stevens A & T Co. [Arms and Tool Co.].
