Anybody know where I can get the year of production on a BHP with a 32,000 serial number range?

The best site I could come up with is www.hipowersandhandguns.com/Hi%20Power%20Dates%20of%20Manufacture.htm

Thanks BEARMAN, but they don't go back far enough. This gun is a very early GP-35 and predates importation into the US.

Exact records seem to be lacking, but between 1935 and 1940, FN produced approximately 56,500 pistols, most of which were sold to the Belgium Army and Estonia, Lithuania, Peru or China. I would expect a pistol with a serial number in the 32,000 range to be associated with one of these countries. Perhaps a more detailed description of the gun might help in identification.

No other marks than Belgian on it. I'll try to grab a picture and post it.
