Accurate # ? How clean a powder burns has a lot to do with the pressure it's burning in. Unique can be quite dirty at lower pressures and gets cleaner at higher pressures.

Accurate#9. I notice a lot of dirt with my 45acp reloads when I use Unique. Thanks for your reply.

For .45 acp with lighter loads I've had good results with Bullseye and W231, with Unique I have worked up some near max loads that do pretty well, but still there are a little sooty. I've used AA#5 with good results, AA#9 is a powder better suited for magnums, I have not seen load data for AA#9 in .45 acp. I have tried AA#7 loads for .45 acp but they didn't cycle the action in my Marlin camp carbine, and I didn't like them for the pistol either.

I don't remember load data for 45 acp with #9 either, I use #9 for my 454 up through my 500 magnum with good results. I think I will try some Bullseye for my 45acp to see if I can get a cleaner burn. Thanks.
