Help with model 14 cal 38

Dear Forum
I'm new a board, but a visit this forum many times and is a great forum. by the way I've a an offer for a model 14 cal 38, 4" blue in perfect condition, adjustable sights, in $230. Is this price a fair buy and the accuracy for target will be a good choice?

I'd snap it up in a heartbeat at that price, and yes, it's an excellent target revolver.

That's a very good price on a Model 14 in the described condition.

Yeah, and you don't see many 4" M-14s, either. Not a "collector's item" you can retire on, but an interesting variant.
