Can anyone identify this knife?

This particular knife was presented to my father at the 1992 SOF match by Al Mar himself. Several other examples of this particular model of knife were also presented to other staffers at the match.
The Etching reads "Rule Makers and Heart Breakers, 1992 SOF 3-Gun Match."
Left side, alone.

Right side, with my carry knife, (a Mini AFCK) for scale.

Which model of knife is it?
Any idea as to value? (I'm not selling it, ever. It's too precious.)

Don't magnetize the blade or you'll get lost.

Andrew, your knife has very nice and utilitarian handle and blade shape. It is made to be chocked up on and would be a real nice one to use. I designed a similar blade and like it alot.
Al Mar's steel was better, I think, in the time frame in which yours was made. The value lies in the date of manufacture, the number of knives made and the presentation. If you have paperwork pertinent to the knife, that would help. I'd recommend talking to someone familiar with Al Mar knives. May I suggest Jim at the "House of Cultery" in Lynnwood, WA (in Lynnwood Mall). 425 771 7161.
He's an old timer and can help you out. Just tell him Carl, the Heating and AC Contractor told you to give him a call.
Good Luck.
