can someone suggest a retailer who can assist a 100% know-nothing on reloading? I live in MA in N Andover.

I'm not aware of a "retailer" that I would trust for reloading advice; generally they just want to sell you the stuff. Maybe somebody at the local gun store.

I'd advise you to get two reloading manuals (you always want to crosscheck loading data for fear of typo's). Lyman and Lee are my favorites.

Once you've thoroughly read the operational chapters you should be ready to go.

I'd advise you to start with a single-stage press so you're only doing one operation at a time and doubldy tripledy check your loading data.
