I was thinking about picking up a P-14 .45 Gun Rights in Stainless Steel, but I have'nt been able to find many reviews. If anyone could give me some insight into it, that would be great!!:)

I have a para 14.45 LDA, when I got it I thought what a POS, I couldn't even lay the gun down with out the mag ejecting. I tried everything, even had Para send me a new mag release (which wouldn't fit) and I cut the spring and added it to mine, that worked better but not great. Finally took it to a gun store in Knoxville, Tn. and they replaced my cheap plastic mag release with a new metal one. problem solved, I can throw it down on the mag release and it won't eject. Now that the mag release problem is solved I love the gun. the first time I shot it i placed 23 out of 23 rounds in the "kill" zone which is unusual for me. I usually have to pratice a bunch to get good. It is too heavy and large to carry concealed so it sits on my night stand ready for action.

P-14 .45 Gun Rights

Please elaborate as to which gun you are exactly talking about. Is this some special model?

Good review at:

However, non-standard extractor is a deal breaker for me.
