For the past couple of days, I've been having problems with pages on THR either loading very slowly, or not loading at all. I've tried different browsers, but still was having problems.

Has there been a problem with the servers? I didn't see any mention of problems anywhere.

I've had those problems off and on for ages, both at home and at work. It's not often, but it sure does happen. I notice it the most when I've composed a post and clicked the send button. I've learned to click and copy before I send it - just in case.

THR and Armed Polite Society are the only two sites I'm having problems with.

I was using IE5 on Mac OS 9.2 and having problems. I also tried Safari on OS 10.3.9, and was still having problems.

Right now I'm using a remote Windows server, and I'm able to acess THR just fine.

I don't get it.

You've got me. I haven't seen any issues with THR's performance, but my monitoring software assumes a "responds in 10 seconds" is as good as a "responds within .1 seconds," so I could easily be missing something.

I should be monitoring load on the servers as well, and I will. I've just been pretty slammed lately and haven't configured everything yet.
