Depends what you are going to use the ammo for!

If it's for practice, what ever is cheapest and works in your pistol.

If it's for SD, none of the above.

+1 what the flute-player above said....

but, i am no fan of fiocchi. they seem the most inconsistent to me.

i'd get the federals assuming they're cheaper than [or close enough in price with] the winchester

i use to shoot wwb but have moved on to monarch. Found the monarch to be a little cleaner but a whole lot easier to wipe off the gun. Going to shoot it in .45 this weekend and see how it works

in 9m handguns ie glock 19 and ruger p95 i have had great luck with fed american eagle, well that is that it fed good, so so accuracy, but nothing to brag about.

as far as the fiochi goes, i was out at the range with a buddy and he was shooting it in his sig and he was having several problems, maybe it was a mag issue, or the ammo i don't know but i remeber that.

i use wwb alot and alot in all calibers, i have always had great luck with them, they are reliable, accurate enough, and consistant. i would go with the winchester, but if the others are way less and it is for range ammo i would say go for the best deal.

I would let my gun dictate what it likes best.

Gun has to feed, extract and magazines are part of this reliability of course.

I personally run at least 200 rds, including all magazines, to test loadings for my guns.

Fiocchi - never had a problem with Fiocchi, be it any handgun or shotgun ammunition and I have shot cases of Fiochhi 9mm.
Heck I have shot cases of Fiocchi handgun ammo, and Pallets of Fiocchi shotgun shells in all 4 gauges!
I have carried the JHP many times for a carry loading.
500 rds each of FMJ, and JHP [1k rds total] and my gun ,not being cleaned, ran these rounds with problems in 3 days.

Federal -
Currently my gun is loaded with Federal Premium 124 gr P9HS1
This is just another loading I have run ~ 2k rds and has never failed.

Federal line, from 9BPE [ I think I have that correct from memory] has always worked for me to whatever I use in Federal line - works.

American Eagle, Same deal, it works in my guns.

Then again mine runs with reloads using Montana Bullets, and others...
Lead SWC rounds a buddy of mine loads up from time to time have never failed me either.

I'm old school and simple, shoot to test for reliability, including mags, how a load does for POA/POI as some guns have preferences, and "regulated" for sights if you will.

Shot placement and quality practice and training depend on the gun going bang each time.

Once one tests a load, then no matter where they are, or what they have for a selection, they KNOW a tested loading will work.

I have never fired a Wolf, Monarch, or some other loads mentioned by others...

Still I have a LOT of choices for target and serious use loadings I know will work!

Get what is easy to get, good price and service , one has tested and run with it.

I don't know if you're open to other brands or not but natchezss.com has some decent prices on cci's 9mm blazer round and I've found it to be quite clean and reliable.

CCI is good stuff.

Locally we last bought 9mm for IIRC $3.68 for a 50 rd box of the aluminum cases.

Recently I ran through ~3k rds in just over a week of this ammo, with no ammo or gun failures.

i have had great luck with blazer brass in 9mm and .40 as well as .45 the .45 blaser brass is pretty accurate and i was impressed with the groups that it printed.

i have no problems with the case of blaser aluminum in .40 that i am going through right now either. no problems to report. my xd's eat it up.

Federal's never cheap enough for me to try.

I've used CCI Alum. and brass, WWB, Monarch, Fiocchi, Sellier & Bellot, Independence and a couple of other budget brands. All have worked fine with my 9mm Sig and CZ.

Never tested from a Ransom or sandbags to see if there's a meaningful difference in accuracy.

If you haven't already tried each of the three brands mentioned in your gun, then you should. Choose which ever shoots the best and go with that brand.

I have used all three and had slight accuracy differences Fed followed by Fiochhi followed by Win. Remington was a bit better than Fed.

No reliability differences.

Cleanest ammo I've shot out of my Glock 19/26 has been Federal and CCI Blazer Brass. The American Eagle by federal is some dirty stuff, cheap though.
