My 625 JM has the quick change front sight system.
Twice the sight has come off when using a holster.
I think I'm pushing it off when reholstering, then it pops off when I draw.
Anyone else have this problem and does anyone have a solution?
Holster is a old Ted Blocker duty rig.

Double check to make sure the spring didn't fall out. I have a similar "Classic" interchangeable front sight on my PC625, and the spring is pretty strong, but I guess anything can happen.
Does the holster have a sight channel? If not you may to to change holsters.

Spring and plunger are ok. The holster has a rough leather sight channel.
I have tried to pop the sight off in the holster and can't.
Going to the range again today.

Had the sight pop off again and figured out its the holster.
If I had to carry it would be a fixed ramp sight.
