I've not heard of him before, but that doesn't mean anything. One point of question, though- $125 to $175 for a suppressor?

ummm...either there's something wrong there, like a typo, or he's building them out of soft drink cans and dryer lint to sell them at that price.

M. Evans Howell is a good man.
Myself and a lot of people I know personally have dealt with him and he is straight up and honest.

As to that price, don't forget the tax stamp that comes with it...
