Anyone have a S&W 625JM holster recommendation?
I need to replace my old leather rig due to it taking off the easy replace front sight feature.
I"m shooting USPSA matches.

Maybe I'm just anal-retentive (gun-retentive?), but I prefer a Sidearmor kydex holster for my 625: http://www.sidearmor.com/cart/catalog/category_15_Holsters_SW_Revolver_Holsters_page_1.html
To speed up my draw a little bit, I cut the top and front of the holster back a little bit, so the revolver's free once the barrel clears the edge of the cylinder pocket.

There are a few people I've seen that prefer the "skeleton"-type Speedsec holsters, though: http://speedsec.biz/speedsec5.htm

SDC, I also like the better retention feature.
Seen one to many pistols fall out when picking up brass or what ever.
Or the shooter that always has a hand on the butt stock to keep it from falling out.
Does your 625 have the interchangable sights?

Plain ramp on mine, but (like you), I've seen more than one go "plunk" into the dirt.
