I just purchased a used 11-87 and took it out today and while shooting, it would not eject the spent shells and when looking at it I noticed the extractor and spring was gone. I guess my question is has anyone had this happen and could this be the only reason for the shells not to eject or may some thing else be wrong?
Thanks

Just curious what length shells you were shooting in the 1187?

Something else may or may not be wrong but I'd wager that if you replace the missing extractor parts , the gun will work just fine.

I'd go back to whoever I bought the gun from and ask for a $35 rebate on the price - that's about what the extractor ($15.75), extractor plunger ($5.35), and extractor spring ($5.35) are going to cost you from e-gunparts.com plus $7.50 shipping.
