Hello all. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Stoeger Outback 12 gauge. I just read the article in this months G&A and was thinking it looked kinda neat. With its 20in. over/under barrels and no frills looks kinda got me interested. Looks a good HD gun or a BOB gun or maybe an inexpensive truck gun. Any thoughts? I cant find much on the net. I only saw one on GB, which was the black/stainless model( it was pretty sharp lookin' too). IG showed some on their site, they were out-of-stock with no pics. Comments?

It is a good gun for the money. Buy it, use it casually and it should last a life time. Go heavy duty with magnum shells in quantity and only time will tell. May or may not. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one for a knockabout gun. Maybe I should say a "utility" gun. I believe that if you use reasonable loads in it you will be satisfied.
