If anyone out there is interested, there is going to be a Schuetzen Competition for percussion muzzleloading rifles next month (May 19-20). It will be in the Yakima, WA area & is open to any percussion muzzleloader (Bullet or RB) with metallic sights (no scopes). This will only be the second time this match has been held & it would be great if we could attract a few more shooters. If anyone is interested, add to this thread or drop me a PM & I'll get more details to you.

Do you guys try skipping a bullet from a pool of water onto the target? What's the name of the Bavarian gal who holds a half a dozen of steins in each hand and is skipping atop a rolling barrel? Is she going to be there?

Hi Gary, No water skipping....pretty hard to find any standing water in Yakima, WA after March! Funny thing, the 'Pauly Girl' was asking if you'd be there, too!! Last year one of the match organizers did make one of the wooden eagles that we had to shoot the parts off in order.
