:D Anyone have luck this year? Any pictures? I am planning on heading out this weekend. Plus I get the opportunity to do a little scouting too.

Went shed hunting a few weeks ago before we got dumped on. (with snow) I own some property a few miles from my place and I've found sheds there four years in a row, all within 100 yards of each other. Nothing too big, but respectable. This season I'm goin after him. Here's a pic from this last outing.

I found this one my wife's holding last weekend (4/14/2007) near Smoaks SC. Look forward to seeing him this fall.

Found this while camping in So Co a couple weekends ago. Looked around for the rest of the body (in a tree??) but never found it.

Cut the antlers off with a skull cap. Brains were pretty stinky and didn't want to bring them home. Buried the rest of the skull and vertabrae.

I'd have to see more to beleive an 8x9 like that. It looks made up. Need to see from the back side and the angle of all those top tines looks questionable.
Could it be it was a nice heavy beamed 5x6, before it got doctored up?
RS a 5 pt.
LS a 6 pt.

Didn't find it, didn't take the picture, don't know the guy in it, & wasn't sent one from the backside . . . just thought I'd share.

Isn't that an 8x10? In-freakin'-credible!
