Fantastic photo and beautiful guns.

I'm gonna seem like a complete goober here:o , but what model are those?

[And while I don't deny being a goober, I am significantly more knowledgeable about autoloaders! Not much of a revolver guy, yet...]

Jeff now all you need is a 3" Bright Stainless Combat Python !!

If they made one, I'd look a little harder. But they didn't.

Who made the grips on this beautiful revolvers??

They are actually the Colt Python Elite grips. except for the 8 incher, which I believe to be the way the factory delivered this gun.

Beautiful pics as usual, Jeff. Question: I can never get any decent pictures of my bright stainless guns. What kind of setup are you using to take pics like this ? THR wants to know ! Well.. I do anyway.

Actually Hex,
That picture was taken outside with cloudy skies.
The sunlight tends to be extreme at times and is tough to shoot a group of guns, especially if they are bright stainless or nickel.
Test out different back drops.
Sometimes a plain backdrop will help you just focus on the guns themselves.
Other times, a natural backdrop can look wonderful.
Lighting is probably the most critical thing in any photograph. Background is also very important.
Check out this 500 with a natural backdrop.

Sometimes you can use to busy of a background and it can distract you from the actual subject. Like this one for example.

There are some really talented photographers here. I wish I could do better photos. Then I could do my guns justice.
***Go to the local fabric shop, I know this does not sound too manly, but buy yourself a couple different pieces of fabric to use for a backdrop. It will only cost you a couple bucks and you may even meet a couple of nice ladies in the process.
Good luck, Jeff (GUNKWAZY)
