Andrew, what's the circle thing on the handle of the AFCK (?) Is it an Almar & Benchmade collaboration?

that's the benchmade sticker that's had the benchmade logo rubbed off from use.

I got to handle some of their knives at the blade show yesterday. I was very impressed with the Sere 2000.

Your Dad can probably name most of the Al Mar knives. I know that you think they are yours since you cut you teeth on them, but they are your Dads knives. (:>) Yes your Uncle Paul is always going to be a pain in the butt. (:>)
The one kife that is really interesting is the Al Mar version of the Gerber MkII. If I remember it correctly Al was the original designer of the Gerber MkI and MKII and this is his version.
Al gave these to staff member at SOF one year and then got a bit upset when he heard that some of us were going to use them for display. He told me that his knives were to be used not displayed!
Al made great gear and was a great guy.
Where is the fixed blade SERE? What about the SERE passport? Don't tell me your Dad has managed to keep these from you!

Dad's got the fixed blade SERE on his web gear. I don't know where the SERE passport is.
Dad asked me to find out what models they were, and i figured this was the best place to find out.

I "think" that the knife with the stone scales was called a Pathfinder.
I think that the one pictured with the mini afck was the APU (All Purpose Utility) ...

bladeforum would be the best place to find the models.
