According to Alliant and Hodgdon, yes.

I would adise, to play it safe, that you reload in the lower end of the pressure spectrum. Somewhere in the 9,000-11,000 range for 12 gauge and you should be good to go.

If you really want to play it safe, reduce your powder charge by .5 grains.
