Looking to buy an iwb for appendix carry, leather, nylon or kydex.
Any suggestions?

Kydex is thinner, leather more luxurious.
Kydex ... hard to beat http://www.bearclawholsters.com for that genre, most of his designs are streamlined for carry.
Leather ... http://www.delfatti.com ... also consider K&D, Mitch Rosen, Milt Sparks (VM2 probably the most universally loved IWB) .... host of others.
Thinner usually works for me ... easier to fit into pants that I'm "outgrowing", which translates to less pinching on the belt, more comfort when I sit down, and of course less printing.

There aren't a whole lot of manufaturers making AIWB-specific holsters at this time - - though, I suspect that will change in the future.
For Kydex, I'd take a look at Threat Solution's offering. I have one of thier standard IWB "UCR" holsters, and it's great. Appendix holster here:
