What would you folks suggest as a decent bipod for my Marlin Camp 9? Not too pricey; just something for my backyard range to have fun with.
Thanks, Mikey D...

Since its just for toy purposes, I would just make one. Take three sticks and tie them near the top with rope to make a nifty little tripod. It is basically free and it will work well for just plinking around.

That would be fine Dan but he specifically asked for a bipod. So only two sticks.

Nate, then you would have to hold the makeshift bipod with your off hand or try to balance it.

Take a peek over at CDNN (http://www.cdnninvestments.com/bipods.html) .
They have a couple around the $20 ballpark. We picked up one of these at a Gunshow in Ft Walton a couple of months back. Seems to be reasonably well made for the price.

Brand New • Folds • Extends • Clamp-On • Fits .55-.81 Diameter Barrels • Steel Bipod • Universal • Fits Most Rifles
We paid about $30 for it then, which is about the same price after you add shipping to the item from CDNN.

Thank you, Redlg155, for the suggestion. The idea of sticks, while useful, seemed a bit too temporary... I'll check CDNN out.
