Okay so I got a new barrel for my WASR 10 and it came in today...the only problem is, how the heck do i get the old barrel off???

I would suggest a bit of penetrating oil where the old barrel threads into the receiver. Gentle application of a wrench, with proper padding, to unscrew the barrel. May take multiple applications, and some time to penetrate.

are wasr's threaded barrels or pinned in the trunion?

can be done with a punch, hammer, and vice. probibly gunna need access to a press though. i donno much about the WASR's but if they are anything like thier Rommy G cousins they may fall to nothign short of a 20 ton press

if you manage to get the pinn out with out a press. you can use an automotive gear puller to push out the old barrel and the "all thread" method to press in the new barrel

You're going to have to pull the front trunnion from the receiver, and press the barrel and trunnion apart.
