She could be my cousin who lives in Arizona. Totally weird!!!
Oh, that's not a bad looking Ruger she's holding either.

Well, OK but she'll kill me if she sees this here! She really doesn't even like guns so this is one rare photo. Hat belongs to a Nephew whose reserve unit was called up, he got leave to come to our daughers graduation.

My wife has partial paralysis of her left side due to a traumatic brain injury ten years ago. Her mental faculties were unimpaired, but she has almost no use of her left arm. She does everything one-handed.
The way she carries herself, it's not very noticeable. We went to Germany a few weeks back to have her meet the in-laws, and nobody even noticed anything out of the ordinary until I pointed it out to them.
It does make for interesting challenges when choosing a carry gun. She can shoot everything one-handed, including my .45 with +P loads, but racking a slide is definitely not an option. She likes the Beretta Tomcat as a carry gun, since it has a tip-up barrel for one-handed loading and unloading, and it's small enough to hide well.

Lendringser, I can, and have seen others who can, rack an autopistol one handed....it takes practice, and a decent amount of handstrength....
it is done by palming the slide, and using your thumb around the backstrap to push the frame forward...rather than pulling the slide back.
Some guns it is easier to do than others. And even with an easy gun, it still takes a lot of practice to do, well, quickly, and reliably.
Oh, and by the way, handicap or not, you are one lucky guy, she looks and seems like a beautiful woman.

sorry, I don't have photo record of my wife shooting. She shoots very rarely, but makes a splendid showing when she does.
SaxonPig...that is a cool photo! Only photography comes close to shooting on my intrest/hobby scale. You did a really good piece of work there!

This is a fun picture of my wife Hazel dressed in my uniform in 1965.
She looked a lot better in it than I did.
She liked to shoot and could outshoot most of my friends.
BTW, That's her M1 Carbine.
