Ok, I've been looking for awhile to find a holster for my 1927 (5" Gov't) and I keep heading back towards the Kydex-style instead of leather. Anyway, regardless of the type/material I've got to get something straight....
I'm looking for IWB, I'm not fond of the front strong side carry (2:00?) or the side carry (3:00?) but for my body shape I can conceal with the least print and the most comfort right around the small of the back / 5:00 area.
If I go with this position, I'm looking for something that will have the butt of the gun towards my RH side so I can slide my hand behind my back with the back of the hand against my back to draw.... correct?
If this is the case, what am I looking for in a holster such as the Desantis Scorpion IWB, a Left hand holster? RH? so confused.... :banghead:
