How is THIS for an AR?

I Photoshopped up an image of a dream AR. Something like this could be made up with a little modification to the folding stock which might be a worthwhile pursuit if the AW Ban is not reinstated.

Where's the buffer tube go?

A folder on a real AR will not work. You have to have something to operate the bolt carrier. That's where ZM weapons fills the nich.

And the bolt carrier group needs a place for the recoil spring. Kinda like ZM Weapons, or the Olympic Arms AR pistols. Daewoos have folding stock capability, but they're using a gas piston design, too.

My solution was an FNC. No buffer tube like an AR, so the folder actually folds instead of collapsing.

Evil.
Not the rifle, the fact that it already exists and I can buy it.

Gives me the chills.

ZM (Zitta) is not exactly a volume operation:

Don't be talking bad about Al Zitta! The front half of his shop is Harleys, and the back half is AR's and IPSC race guns. He is located in Bernardston Ma, IIRC.

He's a real character.
