This was included in a recent solicitation from the Brady Campaign.

Because we devote 100% of our efforts to passing gun control legislation, contributions to The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence are not tax deductible either as charitable contributions or business expenses.

Had they not used to say that donations were tax deducatable?

is tax-deductible. Brady Campaign is not.

Like Foundation for NRA versus NRA-ILA.

Or SAF v CCRKBA.

Or Gun Owners Foundation (I think) v GOA.

Lobbying organizations are NOT tax deductible. Educational and legal research/support foundations ARE.
