Do any manufacturers make a double-barreled shotgun with fully rifled slug barrels, or sell fully rifled slug barrels as an extra? Seems like no one does.

There's a reason few if any doubles are set up for slugs, smoothbore or other. Getting both barrels to shoot to the same point is difficult and thus expensive. That's why those incredible British double rifles cost about what a new truck does.
Some models of less shocking cost have bene made to use one barrel with slugs or other elongated projectiles and one smoothbore for shot. Buck and Ball shotguns have been covered here and have some info in the Archives.

Well, Stoeger did recently introduce this odd bird:

Although it isn't rifled (and I doubt they have been specifically regulated). Theoretically I suppose you could sight the gun in with one type of slug in one barrel and then try to find another brand that approximates that zero from the other barrel.
