1911: Kimber Ultra MSH shorter than Colt Officers?

I picked up a steel checkered MSH for an Officers model thinking I could replace the plastic one on my Kimber Ultra CDP with it. No dice, the Colt part is quite a bit longer than the Kimber MSH.
Does anyone sell replacement steel mainspring housings for a Kimber Ultra frame?

I replaced my Ultra Carry CDP and older Ultra Carry MSHs with (I'm pretty sure) Officer's ACP MSHs, with no problems . . .:confused: :confused:
