Do you know of an undershirt shoulder holster? Most of the shoulder rigs that I have seen are to thick to be reasonably concealed under a shirt.

I use the Kramer one occasionally. There are times when weather and clothes make it difficult to conceal any other way. But they are very slow to draw from and also very hard to draw from without pointing the muzzle at yourself or your off hand at some point. Practice is necessary.
The thickness of the gun is not really a problem, but you do need to wear loose fitting shirts.

I appreciate the undershirt holster suggestion. I have thought about those, but really think that a muzzle-up and thin shoulder holster would be best for me.
