These are a set of grips Hakan made me from the wood I sent him. Yes, they are cocobolo and the question is which 1911 will they end up on? Regards, Richard :D

but for a real cool factor, you should build your own 1911 from parts and put them on that. a Caspian receiver and all the pieces shouldn't get you over about $500-$600 for decent parts, and it'll go real well with the "hand made" theme.
