Bucheimer Holster Information

Anybody know what gun a Bucheimer Concealer #C-52 holster fits? It appears to be a short-barrel revolver of some sort.

Is there an old Bucheimer catalog or other information source on the internet somewhere?

I have a right hand Bucheimer Concealer BLCW-52 that holds a 3 inch S&W Model 13. It's black basketweave with a thumb break. I imagine any 3 inch medium frame (K-Frame sized) revolver would work.
