NEWSWEEK Poll

PDA

I urge my fellow members here to go to the Newsweek website
xtra. newsweek.com and participate in the poll. As a result of the Virgina Tech shootings they are asking if we need tighter gun controls. We need to be heard. One insane guy with a gun should not paint us all as bad guys.

Thanks,

Thanks for the link. Oddly, I don't see where we can vote. It is just showing results.

Think they got the result they wanted and shut down voting?

FWIW msnbc is as liberal and anti-gun as any network out there. They no doubt expected the figures to be skewed in favor of "yes" as most of there viewers fall into that classification.

Guess who Newsweek have writing the piece on Gun Control this week? Michael Bloomberg! In the article, as evidence that some gun-owners support what he does, he cites AHSA...

It just boggles the mind what the leftist media gets away with, on the pretense of being objective journalism.

I think we need to give ourselves a collective pat on the back. I haven't seen one poll yet that didn't reflect AT LEAST a 55%-45% majority that was against more gun control or favoring more CCW use.
