OK, I already posted this in General Discussion, but figured this may be closer to some of the folks who browse this forum.

Those who have been to Gunsite have probably met Sandy Jones who works in the office. She was in a bad car accident last night and suffered major head trauma and a collapsed lung. She is currently in extremely critical condition in ICU and won't be out of the woods for at least a week.

If you are inclined towards prayer, this would be a good time to say one.

Just an update for those who did not catch it in General:

Yesterday, Sandy was awake & talking. Apparently, true to form, she was aking about her horses.

I thought I talked to her on the phone this morning. At least I got an E-Mail from her address and assumed that was who I was talking to. But I guess now that I think about it, the person on the phone told me she was trying to work things out in the office (like she had just started) so I guess it was someone filling in for her.

Good news! Posted to the API List today:Most of you have heard about Sandy Jones' car accident. On January 5th, she and Jeri rolled their vehicle. Sandy was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix.

We're happy to say she's now doing much better. They've moved Sandy out of the Head Trauma Unit and into Intermediate Care. Her long and short term memory is fine, and we were able to talk with her on the phone yesterday!

She is still unable to receive flowers, but cards are fine. We will keep you updated to any changes.
