Double barreled Saiga 12?

Okay, I came across THIS (http://riflestocks.com/images04/Customer/Saiga2_800w.jpg) on the ACE stocks website. It's a creation of Tony at Tromix; he posts here, so perhaps he'll chime in and explain what's going on with this one.

It looks like a double barreled Saiga 12, but for the life of me I can't figure out how that would work...

Top 'barrel' is the gas piston assembly- Tony likes to radically shorten up Saiga shotguns.

I dunno...the receiver looks weird too. And I've fired a Saiga 12 converted by Tony with an 8" barrel; it didn't look like that.
