S&W 908 - DAO to DA/SA

Have a S&W 908 that I got primarily because it felt good and I wanted something for my small hands. Now I realize that what I really want is a DA/SA. Is it possible to convert one to the other and would S&W have to do this?
Any thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated.

"...Is it possible..." Not without spending a great deal of money. It'd be better to sell your 908 and buy what you want.

It's a couple hundred dollars + ship for S&W to change out the DAO for DA/SA. It's a simple parts swap.

Given the price though, you'd be much better off selling the 908 and buying a 3913/3914.
