Looking to get a Olyarms 10mm upper

They use modified UZI mags. Any problems with the upper/mags I should be aware of? Thanks. (Mags are expensive I know).

I would also post this question over at AR15.com. They even have a specific section dedicated to pistol calibers. There are quite a few pistol carbine shooters over there that could definitely help you.
