I have 03 FFL and in Oct 02, I submitted an ATF Form 5300.38 informing the ATF that I had moved. I have yet to receive a new FFL. I have contacted, twice, the NLC in Atlanta and have left telephone messages. They have failed to return my calls. Any advice would be appreciated because I have missed out on some killer deals! :cuss:
