I'm interesting in researching products like Quikclot and Celox, but i imaigne there are a lot more like these coagulants.
Anybody care to share some info on them? other products? availability? effectiveness? comments?
I think this should also be part of CCW package.

It is cheaper than exsanguination...
For those that don't know...
Exsanguination (also known colloquially as bleeding out) is the fatal process of total blood loss. It is most commonly known as "bleeding to death."

Death, as I understand it occurs on average at between 40% to 50% of blood loss. Although one usually looses consciousness before that. I am not an MD. I think it would be a good idea to have this in a hunting backpack, in the home, etc. Expensive? I think the price is reasonable...funerals are expensive.
