We are sorry for the delay in sending these samples out but we did not want them to send them out until they were right because it is our position here at Novum that we will not send out products to be sold or tested until they are ready. Consequently, as we were having trouble getting the type of bottles we wanted to represent our company with we held off sending these samples out until they could be sent out like we wanted and not with the substitutes that our suppliers tried to et us to use. These samples are now ready and will be going out in the mail soon. Thanks you for your patience and enjoy the samples.
