The volunteers at Uwharrie shooting range are putting on a Mil-surp shoot on June 2nd. Please come join us. We have had a few shoots in the past and all were safe and fun. All are welcome, If you don't have any Mil-surps, Come anyway. We share:D

Are you talking about the range off 40 just North of New London? I am about 45 minutes away(Marshville) and would love to come play. We are having a "tactical" outing above Mt Gilead(in the Uwharries) next weekend if anyone is interested. wc

It is off Hwy 109 above TROY in the Uwharrie National Forest. From New London, Go hwy 52 to 49n I think you can hit Hwy 8 in Richlands and it will take you to 49N also. 49N to 109S. The entrance to the Forest is about 8 miles down. You can also come in off 24/27 out of Albemarle.
