Hello
I am in need of a hammer for a 649 - 2.
I believe that the 649, 649-1 and 649 - 2 will all work. I have checked with S&W and they are a little pricey - 55.00.
I found another one for 45.00.
It cannot be the MIM part as it does not have the hammer mounted firing pin.
Any information would be appreciated.
