does anyone know where i can find instructions on how to put this in my USP? i know there used to be a very comprehensive web site that showed the procedure in detail. any help is appreciated.
unfortunatly my workplace has decided hkpro is an unfit web site for the work enviroment, but oddly enough i can still get on THR, berettaforum.net, mark23.com, glocktalk.com and a bunch of others.

This site (http://www.streetpro.com/usp/detail/) should get you started.

thanks for the link. how hard is this to do? i have zero experience detail stripping my pistol, but consider myself mechanically inclined.

the 1st time, it will take, maybe an hour... I printed the instructions, and they're very helpful. A couple of notes...
I have the match kit in my '9, and the trigger pull is much improved with a couple of notes.
1: trigger reset with the macth trigger return spring is abyssmal, I reverted to the stock return spring and it's much better with minimal impact on trigger pull weight.
2: the set screw walks, and will walk out causing a failure to fire when you don't want it to... keep this in mind. This has happened at the range at least dozen times until I tightened it all the way just to be done with it. See HKPRO.com, I'm not the only one to have this problem...
good luck!

well it looks like i'm gonna give it the ol' college try tonight. if i muck it up too badly, i can always send it to sterling and have them put it back together for me.

Good luck!
If you can't make it work DON'T send to HK!! E-mail me, and I'll get you the phone number for Bruce Grey. Bruce is THE guy for USP triggers. Very reasonable!
