Over the last few months, I've noticed that there are several of us whose location is either "Northern" or "Western" Nevada, with some in "Reno."

Standard "busy life" syndrome pretty much keeps us from getting acquainted, so I'd like to remedy that.

I'd like to propose a simple meet-n-greet, say breakfast/lunch at some common place we can all find, for one of the next couple of weekends.

It would give us a chance to say "hi" and share what we know about local ranges, shops, shows, and the like.

I'm new enough to shooting that I'll probably learn more from you than you do from me. I'm fine with that.

Maybe this is the best place for me to post this, so I'll say that I'm planning on going to Reno at the end of August I believe (the same weekend of the Burning Man thingy) to meet up with a friend of mine who works with the cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show that they'll do in Reno this year.

Once my plans are more firm, I'll more than likely post again, but I thought I'd give a heads up if anyone would want to hang out for a day or two then.

It would seem that Rallying Point doesn't see the kind of traffic the other sub-forums do.
