Any thoughts? I need one for plainclothes and desk duty. I need it to hold firm against body. Must have a thumb break. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I ues a Galco PLE with FBI cant for my SIG P226.
It's fairly comfortable, and except for the weight, and occasionally bumping into arm rests, I hardly know it is there.
Excellent thumbbreak, and good quality all the way around, for less than $60.00

Ivansrm:

Go to www.donhume.com and look for their paddle holsters. They have very good, inexpensive leather holsters. I use their H720-OT five days a week and I love it.

I have a sig P229 and when I carry it, it's in a safariland paddle.
It's comfortable and you can make a mulitude of adjustments with it to accomodate other guns you may own. Check them out, I know they have some models with the safety strap.
