oddball glock question

Hi all

It was suggested in a thread in another forum that one could, if so inclined, replace the slide (or possibly just the barrel) of a Glock 21, and thereby swith calibers to .40 or 10mm. Since I can't seem to own too many different calibers (and refuse to buy yet another permanent handgun permit from the PRCa after the last one expired), this is appealing to me.

Am I delusional (which wouldn't be all that surprising) or is someone else blowing out their posterier. (I'd post the original, but now I can't find the darn thing...)

There are conversion barrels that allow you to shoot .40 out of your 10mm Glocks, and allow .357Sig to interchange with .40s.

I'm not sure if the extractor/breechface dimensions on the Glock 21/30 allows for reliable use of the smaller rimmed 10mm/40.

You might take a look at www.lonewolfdist.com and see what they offer.

Good luck.

You can buy a complete Glock 20 upper for you Glock 21. Take a look at www.glockmeister.com

I'm pretty sure the extractor and the rest of the lower assembly is the same.

Good luck,
Rich
