looks like 7.62mm Nagant. if your into odd cartridges you should head on over to barns and noble online and order a book called "cartridges of the world" it has over 1500 cardridges listed with demensions and even load data and performance data. has listings for current and obsolete. costs about $30 and well worth it. great to read even if you don't collect :)
