I just saw a Kimber Heritage (Series I) NIB for 800. It it is a nice gun. The only difference that I see from it and a Custom that I own is the nicely cut front strap and the ambi safety. I was wondering what the rest of you think about this price. I am also curious when this gun was manufactured.

P.S. I am not interested in a Series II.

I just bought it. I am having it shipped to my home state. Under exam, it seems to be well fitted. The checkering on the front stap looks and feels good. The ambi safety is nice, and trigger is not too bad....nothing that a little lub and about 2000 dry-fires won't cure.
