See what "bans" do to prices? I always thought a TEC-9 was a great $229 tin-can-popper (as long as they weren't carnivorous cans; I'd hate to get charged while clearing a malf...)

But what do I know? I paid a grand for a Chinese copy of a clunky Russian peasant's rifle just because it had a folding stock and a bayonet lug... :uhoh:

If it is really a Tec-9, $350 is about what they go for. If it is a post ban AB-10, I think $200 is more like it. I had the AB-10 (you can tell the difference by the non-threaded bbl) and even with the factory 10 round mag, it would jam at least a couple of times per mag. Don't even ask about the U.S.A. 30 round mag I got suckered into buying.:rolleyes: It wouldn't feed two in a row unless I got lucky.

I have heard people say that the Tec-9 is accurate but I must have got a bad one because my gun sprayed the rounds in the general direction of where I was pointing the gun but that was it. I checked the bbl by putting an unfired bullet into the end of the bbl and it easily went all the way to the brass case. I wonder if I got one of the rare .39 cal AB-10s?:D

I sold that POS and never looked back.
